The General Assembly of the club for the year 2024 was convened from 11:30 am to 12 pm on Tuesday, 9 April 2024 (Tuesday), hosted within the premises of the ITU Gym.
The assembly was graced by the presence of the following members: Hon Fai, Edmund, Tim, Nicole and Ed.
Proceeding as per the agenda, the meeting addressed the following items:

Approval of balance sheet
The balance sheet was approved.
Approval of charter
The updated charter was approved.
Activities for 2024
The members articulated a keen interest in expanding their skill set, requesting training in the following areas:
- Choreographed/controlled sparring
- Develop fast reactions through repetition of attack/defense
- Training on striking the heavy bag or pads properly
- More weapons forms training
We will also organize weekend hiking and training in the summer months.
We will request the ITU for subsidy to cover for any shortfall in attendence and to ensure the continuity of our club. The subsidy will also be used to organize additional workshops and buy equipments which we need for training such as, but not limited to, gloves, pads, swords etc.
